Our policies for the cancellation are stated below:

• • Up to 90 days before arrival: no cancellation fees apply and a full refund of the total amount minus payment processing fees (3.5%) shall be granted (Paypal & Credit Card Fees).
  • 90 – 60 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the total amount is withheld.
  • 60 – 20 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount is withheld.
  • 20 – 10 days before arrival: 80 % of the total amount is withheld.
  • Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of total amount is withheld.
